Protect what makes Jefferson County special

I will work to protect natural resources, historical resources, and farmland to promote tourism and agriculture and protect our citizens and way of life. 

I will do my due diligence for every decision – appointments to boards, commissions, and committees; the budget; zoning; and all other issues that come before the Commission.  

Lead with fiscal responsibility

People work hard for what they have. We owe it to Jefferson Countians to use their money wisely, and to provide the services people need to maintain a good quality of life.

I am an educator, a farmer, and a police officer. I understand how it is to work hard to balance a budget, stretch a dollar, and put in the extra time required to get things done right. We need to make sure we take this approach with every fiscal decision we make.
